6th ART EXPO is beginning tonight

At the Adriatic Fair in Budva, from 20th to 26th June 2012. , there will be held

6th ART FAIR - ART EXPO

The cultural institutions, art galleries, universities, NGOs, associations, independent artists, art craftsmen will be presented at this year's fair event .

Traditional exhibition of the Association of Fine Artists of Montenegro will also be an event that will attract the attention of the audience, with full justification. It is one of the oldest and most important art events in Montenegro, which are continuously held for 67 years starting from 24th March, 1946.

This exhibition presents the current art time in Montenegro, and aims to equitably represent most current and relevant artistic production in Montenegro. The 133rd works of art will be presented.

In addition to the traditional exhibition of the Association of Artists of Montenegro, visitors will have the opportunity to become acquainted with exhibitions of art galleries, independent artists, companies, and supplies for artists, publishers, associations and local handicrafts.

The Maritime Museum of Montenegro in Kotor has prepared a presentation of "The Maritime Museum of Montenegro in time - 60 years of existence," where Ms. Mileva Pejaković Vujošević, Manager, will address to the guests.

The Headquarters Library of Montenegro "Đurđe Crnojević" from Cetinje is organizing a presentation "Poster – notice without limits“ in which Ms. Jelena Djurovic, director of the Central Library, Mr. Janko Ljumović, director of the National Theatre and Mr. Petar Ćuković, an Art Historian will be the speakers.

The Opening Ceremony of the 6th Art Expo will be held on 20th Wednesday, starting at 8pm.. The event will be opened by Ms. Jelena Vujovic, Executive & Artistic Manager of the Gallery Modigliani.

Working hours of the fair are from 6pm till 11pm.
