The sensory evaluation of the quality of products: milk, meat and wine at the 38th FOOD FAIR

At the Adriatic Fair in Budva, in the frame of the 38th Food Fair , there will be held the sensory evaluation of the quality of products: milk, meat and wine.
The right to participate in the evaluation of these products only have the registered exhibitors of the 38th FOOD FAIR.
The quality assessment under the applicable rules on evaluation of samples has been entrusted to the panel of experienced professionals, with independent ratings provide a reliable basis for improving the promotional and commercial effects of the manufacturer on the market of Montenegro and the region.
The deadline for filing the sensory evaluation of wine quality is 1st March, and assessment of meat and milk- 8th March 2012.
