Terms of exposure

• The deadline for submission indicated in the report for the exhibition.
• Registered exhibitor may withdraw the application without the obligation to pay rent until the day the decision on accepting the application of the Fair. After that time tenant who filed the application is liable to pay rent for the space.
• Upon acceptance of applications distributed place to Fair Exhibitor
• The Exhibitor is obliged to prepare theleased premises for exhibiting at least one day before the official opening day of the fair
• By accepting applications for the exposure of the Adriatic Fair Exhibitor shall submit an invoice calculated by the application.
• Payment of invoices is a condition of exposure. All exhibitors are required to submit proof of payment to access the appropriate authorities of the Fair before exposure.
• All other exhibition services and the possible differences between reported and allocation of space to pay an additional invoice and immediately upon receipt of same mentioned below.
• Working Hours of the Event Management determines the Adriatic Fair. Exhibitor has no right to leave the rented premises and stating the exhibits to the end of working hours on the last day of the Fair.
• The Exhibitor shall not without the consent of the Adriatic Fair give the second part of the Exhibitor or the entire exhibition space.
• The exhibitor ensures the exponates at own expense. Fair is not responsible for damage caused by the disappearance, destruction or damage to property and the retention time at the fair.
• Exhibition space must be returned to the Adriatic Fair in the state in which it is submitted to the exhibitor. Remove the material exhibits the fall exhibition at the expense of the exhibitor.
• In the event of a dispute agreed the jurisdiction of the Commercial Court in Podgorica.
